Milli Məclisdə "Siyasi partiyalar haqqında" yeni qanun layihəsi üzərində iş davam edir

Azərbaycanda fəaliyyət göstərən bir sıra siyasi partiyalar "Siyasi partiyalar haqqında" yeni qanun layihəsinə dair təkliflərini Milli Məclisə təqdim ediblər.

Bu barədə Telexeber.az-a Milli Məclisin Mətbuat xidmətindən məlumat verilib.

Qanunverici orqandan xatırladılıb ki, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisində təmsil olunan bütün siyasi partiyaların nümayəndələri "Siyasi partiyalar haqqında" yeni qanun layihəsinin hazırlanması üçün Milli Məclisin sədrinə müraciət ediblər. Müraciətdə ölkəmizin müasir inkişaf reallıqlarına və dövrün tələblərinə cavab verən yeni qanunun hazırlanmasının vacibliyi öz əksini tapıb.

Hazırda Milli Məclisin sədri Sahibə Qafarovanın müvafiq tapşırığına əsasən, böyük ictimai əhəmiyyət kəsb edən bu yeni qanun layihəsinin hazırlanması üzərində iş davam edir. Artıq Azərbaycanda dövlət qeydiyyatına alınmış aşağıda adları göstərilən siyasi partiyalar yeni qanun layihəsinə dair təkliflərini Milli Məclisə təqdim ediblər:
