Telexeber.az APA-ya istinadən xəbər verir ki, hakimin 13.12.2022-ci il tarixli qərarı ilə Hicran Rüstəmov barəsində həbs qətimkan tədbiri seçilib.


İstintaqı davam edən cinayət işi üzrə Hicran Rüstəmov vəzifə səlahiyyətlərindən sui-istifadə edərək Muxtar Respublika ərazisində tikinti və abadlıq işlərinin yerinə yetirilməsi üçün nəzərdə tutulan “xüsusilə külli miqdar” təşkil edən ümumilikdə 212 milyon 361 min manat dövlət vəsaitinin mənimsənilməsində ittiham edilir.

Qeyd edək ki, həmin iş üzrə daha əvvəl Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının Dövlət Gömrük Komitəsinin müxtəlif rəhbər vəzifəli şəxsləri və NMR Maliyyə naziri məsuliyyətə cəlb edilərək həbs edilib.
