Binəqədi 3 cü mədən ərazisində yaşayış evlərinin yaxılığında icarəyə götürülərək fəaliyyət göstərən Əlvan və qara metal tullantılarının qəbulu müəssisəsi qanun pozuntularına açıq aydın yol verir.Telexeber.az bu barədə sözü gedən müəssisənin rəhbəri kimi tanıdığımız Əbülfəz müəllimin qarşı tərəf olaraq yaranmış problemə aydınlıq gətirməsini xahiş etsədə, nədənsə Əbülfəz müəllimdə susqunluq yarandı və əfsuslar olsun ki, mətbuata heçbir açıqlama verilmədi.
Günün gündüz vaxtı qara metal tullantılarının qəbulu ilə məşqul olan müəssisənin qaranlıq işlərinə əfsuslar olasun ki,aidiyyatı orqanlar göz yumub görməzdən gəlirlər.
457-1-ci (Əlvan və qara metal tullantılarının qəbulu qaydalarının pozulması) maddəsində qeyd olunur ki,
Əlvan və qara metal tullantılarının qəbulu qaydalarının pozulmasına, yəni: Əldə edilmə mənbəyi məlum olmayan, qanunsuz yolla əldə edilməsi müəyyən edilən əlvan və qara metal tullantılarının qəbul olunmasına, fiziki şəxslərdən şəxsiyyəti təsdiq edən sənədlər tələb olunmadan əlvan və qara metal tullantılarının qəbul edilməsinə, radiasiya və partlayış təhlükəsizliyi baxımından müayinədən keçirilmədən əlvan və qara metal tullantılarının qəbul edilməsinə, qara və əlvan metalların əridilməsi və bunun nəticəsində ərintilərin alınması obyektləri təhlükə potensiallı obyektlər olaraq dövlət reyestrində qeydiyyatdan keçirilməyən sahibkarlıq subyektləri tərəfindən bu növ tullantıların qəbulu fəaliyyətinin həyata keçirilməsinə görə fiziki şəxslər 100 manatdan 200 manatadək, vəzifəli şəxslər 400 manatdan 600 manatadək, hüquqi şəxslər 1 000 manatdan 2 000 manatadək məbləğdə cərimə edilir.
